BEATLES DAY is this Saturday, August 21 at the Sawdust Festival in Laguna Beach. They’ll have Beatles-themed entertainment all day long and the demo booths will offer themed art classes. KX FM Radio will be onsite in style, playing your favorite Beatles tunes as you enter the festival.
Some highlights of the day will be music by Really Classic, George Lawton, the Bobby Gray Band, Keith & Warren, Michelle Mangione, and The Heretics.
Robert Holton is teaching his favorite Beatles Day project 3D Art [Peace] and Charleine Guy will show you how to paint groovy portraits. Feel free to come dressed in your favorite Beatles attire.

SteelCraft’s Summer Culture Series

In celebration of Southern California’s rich diversity, SteelCraft Garden Grove — the outdoor urban eatery — introduces the Summer Culture Series! This three-part festival will celebrate an array of cultures including Asian American and Pacific Islander, Black, and Hispanic/Latinx by featuring various traditions, makers, small businesses, speakers, and performers.
Join them on Saturday, August 21 from 12 -8 p.m. for the second event of the series as they celebrate Black culture. Guests can shop the many pop-ups from local makers, savor delicious dishes from SteelCraft Garden Grove’s array of eateries (all housed in repurposed shipping containers) enjoy live music and dance performances, and more!
